Charlotte joined Isadore Goldman in 2025 after working for a number of years with large firms in Sydney and London.

She specialises in insolvency litigation, civil fraud and commercial litigation acting for insolvency practitioners, banks, funds and high net worth individuals.

Charlotte’s experience predominately includes

Acting for liquidators in claims for fraudulent and wrongful trading, transactions at an undervalue and preferences, public and private examinations, freezing orders and negligence claims against auditors
Acting for creditors in serving statutory demands, applications for winding up and enforcement of foreign judgments
Acting for shareholders in unfair prejudice disputes
