Successfully representing 3 out of 12 multi-national Defendants in Courtwood Holdings SA v Woodley Properties Ltd & Ors  EWHC 2163 (Ch) a three week multi-million pound knowing receipt trial.
She has regularly acted for large financial institutions in the enforcement of all types of lending security including ISDA Master Agreements, guarantees and mortgages as well as successfully defending such claims.
Michelle has acquired a broad range of insolvency experience acting for Liquidators, Trustee and Directors in antecedent transactions and disqualification proceedings.
