Isadore Goldman expands Midlands presence with new Birmingham office
Isadore Goldman has expanded its presence in the Midlands with the opening of a new office in Birmingham, led by Director and solicitor Monica Kapur.
The opening marks the next stage in the firm’s continued growth and comes in the year Isadore Goldman celebrates 141 years since first opening its doors in 1885.
Birmingham born and bred, Monica has 20 years’ experience advising on contentious matters. The new office provides a permanent base from which the firm can continue building relationships with clients, Insolvency Practitioners and professional advisers across Birmingham and the wider Midlands.

Supporting the continued growth of IG Construct
The Birmingham office will also support the continued development of IG Construct, Isadore Goldman’s bespoke service for Insolvency Practitioners advising or appointed over insolvent construction companies.
IG Construct brings together specialist insolvency and construction expertise to provide a joined-up approach to matters where contractual, commercial and recovery issues can be particularly complex, with funding available where required.

Strengthening Isadore Goldman’s links with the Midlands restructuring community
The office opening comes shortly after Monica’s appointment as Chair of R3 Midlands, succeeding Stephen Rome and becoming the first female Chair of the R3 Midlands committee.
Her appointment further strengthens Isadore Goldman’s links with the regional restructuring and insolvency community and reflects Monica’s longstanding involvement in the Midlands.
