Millie qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2026 after completing both her paralegal and solicitor apprenticeships at Gowling WLG.
Millie has experience in a wide range of contentious insolvency matters, advising insolvency practitioners and company directors. Her previous work includes, for example:
- Advising joint liquidators on claims brought against former directors and their associates for entering into transactions at an undervalue, carrying on business with intent to defraud creditors and breach of fiduciary duties;
- Advising a liquidator on claims brought against solicitors for professional negligence and/or breach of fiduciary duties, valued at £15m; and
- Advising an offshore fiduciary service provider and one of its former directors on defending allegations of fraudulent breach of fiduciary duty, valued at £25m.
Millie also has experience in advising companies on asset and debt recovery.
Millie achieved a First Class Honours in her LLB and scored in the top quintile in her Solicitors Qualifying Examination, successfully balancing the demands of her apprenticeship studies with those of her work.
In her free time, Millie enjoys travelling, playing netball, running and exploring London’s food scene.
