Andrew Ramsden

Associate Director

Andrew joined Isadore Goldman in August 2026. Before that he was a legal director in a large international firm working out of their London office.

Andrew acts for insolvency practitioners, company directors, shareholders, lenders, creditors and other stakeholders in relation to both non-contentious and contentious insolvency mandates.

Andrew has advised in relation to a broad range of non-contentious and contentious matters, including administrations, liquidations, voluntary arrangements, security enforcements, business and assets sales (for both buyer and seller), distressed acquisitions, cross-border insolvencies and restructurings and antecedent transaction claims.

Andrew also has experience in advising directors and other stakeholders at the pre-insolvency stage particularly in relation to directors' duties, corporate governance issues and enforcement options.
