Harman Randhawa

Solicitor

Harman joined Isadore Goldman in February 2026, qualifying as a Solicitor in April 2025, having completed the SQE while working full-time as a contentious insolvency and commercial litigation paralegal at a boutique law firm in Birmingham.

He has a wide range of experience in contentious insolvency matters, whether that be corporate or personal insolvency. Harman's work to date includes advising office-holders on antecedent transactions/misfeasance/breach of duty as well as advising directors facing these claims. The ability to experience 'both sides of the coin' has allowed Harman to become a more well-rounded Insolvency solicitor. Harman also has extensive experience in dealing with director disqualification matters and various other applications brought under the Insolvency Act 1986".

Prior to completing his SQE, Harman completed the BPTC and was called to the Bar in 2019.

Outside of work, Harman is an avid football fan, following the fortunes of Liverpool, and (for the most part) enjoys going to the gym.
