Jackie Jordan

Chartered Legal Executive

Jackie qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2001.

She has nearly 20 years experience in dealing with insolvency / commercial disputes and litigation. Earlier in her career, as Debt Recovery Team Manager at Blake Lapthorn (now Blake Morgan), Jackie dealt primarily with asset and debt recovery work for financial institutions, debt purchasers and national/multi-national companies. This work included overseeing and running a variety of claims from issue to enforcement, and dealing with statutory demands, bankruptcy and winding up petitions.

Jackie has received consistent praise from clients for her technical knowledge and commercial approach to litigation. This was also acknowledged when she was named as “Litigation Specialist of the Year” at the Credit Today awards.

In more recent years Jackie has focused on dealing with insolvency related litigation and, in particular, claims on behalf of insolvency office holders. She has experience of acting for Trustees in Bankruptcy, Liquidators, Administrators, Supervisors of IVAs, PVAs and CVAs, and has dealt with a variety of claims and applications to Court under the Insolvency Act 1986.
