Louise Griffin

Associate

Louise qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2015. She joined Isadore Goldman in August 2020 from the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution department of a regional firm.

Louise has considerable experience in dealing with insolvency / commercial disputes and litigation, including Insolvency Act claims and applications, contract disputes, rectification of the register at Companies House, debt recovery, statutory demands and bankruptcy and winding-up petitions. She provides advice on merits pre-issue, strategy and deals with claims from issue to enforcement.

Louise is commercially aware and strives to get the best possible outcome for her clients, whilst always keeping her clients’ objectives in mind. This includes advice regarding Alternative Dispute Resolution (where appropriate) including mediation and “without prejudice” settlement negotiations with her opponent.
