Nikita qualified as a solicitor at Isadore Goldman in March 2025. She completed her training contract with the Firm.

Nikita has experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, including formal insolvency appointments, receiverships, insolvency litigation and security enforcement.

Nikita assists on complex corporate restructurings and has experience acting both for buyers and sellers of distressed businesses including pre-pack administration sales. Nikita also has experience preparing and advising on various insolvency related court applications. As regards to creditor advisory work, Nikita advises lenders in connection with the validity of their security and their enforcement options.
