Rozerin Isik
Rozerin has completed a History and International Relations (BA Hons) degree at King’s College London. She is currently undertaking a Master of Arts and Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law. Her master’s thesis analyses the implications of Brexit Trade and Customs Agreements on small and medium-sized enterprises.
Alongside her studies, Rozerin has worked as a Paralegal within Restructuring and Insolvency and has extensive experience in both personal and corporate insolvency. Within personal insolvency, she has assisted individuals and trustees with pre- and post-bankruptcy proceedings. Her experience in corporate insolvency consists of, but is not limited to, winding up petitions, administrations, creditor’s voluntary liquidations, member’s voluntary liquidations and compulsory liquidations. Rozerin has supported Associates and Directors in acting for bankrupts, insolvency practitioners, directors, companies, and individuals, and so understands the respective needs of each client. Given her experience in contentious, transactional, and advisory work, Rozerin is eager to deliver a service that is specific to our client’s requirements.
